Founded in 2011 in Niamey, it has evolved from an architecture firm into an integrated platform for engineering and development finance advisory. Pan-African positioning
Based in Niamey, BIPADE AFRICA has built a network across West Africa (Mali, Côte d’Ivoire, Senegal, Burkina Faso) and is currently extending into Central Africa (Chad, Equatorial Guinea, Congo, Gabon). This continental presence allows it to act close to local realities while mobilising international standards.

Governance
Our internal governance rests on a solid structure guaranteeing financial transparency and ethics, aligned with international lenders’ standards. A Risk & Compliance function (RCIC) ensures risk control, while our processes embed IFIs’ ESG and fiduciary requirements from the outset.
