INGÉNIERIE
Engineering & Technical Studies
Technical studies, engineering and geotechnics, BIM and technical innovation.
Mission
The Engineering division is responsible for structural studies, civil engineering, technical control and works supervision. It is the division that turns architectural intent into a calculated, costed and verifiable asset.
Technical breadth
The division covers eleven disciplines: reinforced concrete structures and steelwork, MEP services, construction economics, urban and rural water supply, rural engineering and irrigation schemes, geology and exploration, mining engineering, petroleum and energy engineering, and environmental and social impact assessment.
Standards
Calculations rely on the Eurocodes (EC2, EC3), BAEL 91 rev. 99, seismic rules and the NV 65 rules adapted to Sahelian sand winds. Electrical work follows NFC 15-100 and French DTU standards. Mineral resources are estimated under the JORC and NI 43-101 codes.
Cross-checking
No drawing or report is issued to a client without validation by a director or a peer. Calculation notes are subject to the four-eyes principle, with mandatory senior review above three storeys.
This verification discipline, more than any sales argument, is what makes deliverables defensible before a lender.
