Mission
The Conceptual Design division handles architectural design, urban planning and creative project management. It guarantees impeccable spatial, aesthetic and functional quality, integrating the bioclimatic and cultural dimensions specific to each project.
The founding discipline, now a division
Founded in 2011 as an architecture firm, BIPADE has made design the bedrock of the entire group. The division works from programming through to construction drawings, with one constant requirement: a modern African identity, durable materials and genuine attention to the ratio of usable to built floor area.
Design that anticipates financing
Because BIPADE’s projects are intended to be financed, design embeds the criteria that will determine bankability from the very first sketch: capital cost control, energy performance, programmatic relevance. EDGE pre-assessment begins in the earliest phases rather than being added afterwards.
