Mission
The Support & Performance division carries administration, finance and management control, human resources, information systems, logistics and procurement, together with quality, compliance and risk management.
Five cross-cutting functions
The division is not a back office: it is what makes traceability possible. On a lender-financed programme, project-level cost accounting, segregation of duties and record keeping determine the pace of disbursement as much as construction progress does.
